STECglass Security Bullet Proof film has been tested by Military before obtaining the approval to supply to Army base and Navy ship for contract installing.

The test was conducted in year 2001. All test passed security and ballistic level and approved for the use in governmental enforcement agency.

Not all glass security films can be armor proof, bulletproof or explosion proof. It requires special Material, Process and Know How in order to produce high level security film for glass to achieve protection against heavy weapons and explosive. Adhesion itself plays a very important part to hold the glass from penetration, special formula, blending machine and know how is very important to produce A class glue. Most cheap security film in market does not have A class glue, thus reliability is not assured.
